FAQ

  • Are quad/triple rooms bigger than double rooms?
The usual room configuration standards for Saudi hotels located around the Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah are different from international standards. During Hajj & Umrah seasons, hotels typically convert “double” rooms (i.e. a room that sleeps two twin beds or one double/king-size bed) into quad/triple sharing where extra beds are rolled in. While this is not always the case, it might mean that quad/triple rooms feel a little less spacious. If you want to avoid any such issues, we advise booking a double room.
  • Are you able to take disabled or very elderly pilgrims?
We regret to inform that we cannot assume responsibility of individuals who are disabled, very elderly and unable to care for themselves. However, if such individuals are accompanied by someone who can fully attend to their needs without requiring additional resources or time from the group leaders and assistants, we will welcome their attendance. Please contact us for further clarity if required.
  • What happens if my visa is rejected?
Unfortunately, we do not have control over visa approvals, as this is entirely under the jurisdiction of the Saudi Government. If a Tourist eVisa application is unsuccessful for any reason, the applicant will not be entitled to a refund of the eVisa application fee. In such cases, we will advise the submission of a different visa type application, which will incur an additional cost to the pilgrim. Read our terms and conditions for more information.
  • Can a female pilgrim join without a mahram?
We will assess each case individually. Please contact us for more information.
